Parochial Church St John the Baptist


Neo-gothic in style, it replaces the former 12th century Roman church which was demolished after its collapse.

You will find beautiful stained glass windows, a central nave with 26 statues, an organ signed Callinet and Daubaine, as well as a Saint Appolonia relic invoked to cure toothache !

The Castle of Caumont

A renaissance edifice, built in the early 16th century, classified as historical monument, affiliated with Demeure Historique (Historical Residence) and Vieilles Maisons Françaises (Ancient French Homes). A property of the Marquis of Castelbajac, emperor Napoleon III's ambassador to Russia, the castle has been occupied by the same family for centuries.

May, June and September, October : open to visitors on Sundays and bank holidays from 3 to 6 pm

July, August : open to visitors Sunday through Friday from 3 to 6 pm

On Sundays by appointment
